We are super excited to start with the activities of our Erasmus+ youth exchange “Be Happy, Be a Polyglot” in Krushevo after the long trips of the participants to Macedonia.
The morning sessions of the first day were all about getting to know each other, learning our names, sharing about our backgrounds, experiences and countries. The name games and ice-breakers have allowed us to get close to each other, and learn about the different personalities while having a lot of fun and interaction while doing that. We also got to present each other’s interests, hobbies, occupations and interesting information about ourselves.
In the second part of the morning sessions, we spoke about the project context, planned activities and expected results as well as the non-formal learning methodology and schedule that we are going to follow during the next days. We jointly decided on ground rules that will be respected during the youth exchange by everyone and chose the “Superheroes” teams who will be responsible that everything runs smoothly.
We concluded the morning activities by sharing our expectations from the youth exchange, how we can contribute to its success as well as the fears that might stop us in the learning process.
